Common Symptoms of Depression

While symptoms of depression typically differ between individuals, some of the most common symptoms include:

                          


  •   persistently feeling down or depressed
  •   loss of interest in things you used to enjoy
  •   feelings of guilt, worthlessness, helplessness
  •   feelings of hopelessness and pessimism
  •   fatigue
  •   sleep and eating problems
